These notes describe how this website works. They do not add warranties, prices, or service promises beyond what the team confirms with you.
Repair requests
Sending a repair request asks Electro Moderne to contact you. It is not a confirmed appointment until the team schedules it. A preferred date is a preference, not a booking.
Appliance orders
Placing an order reserves nothing and takes no payment. The price shown at checkout is the catalogue price stored for that product. Tax, delivery, installation, and any warranty are confirmed by phone and can vary by listing. If a product is no longer available, the order is refused and you will see an error instead of a success message.
Accounts
A repair request does not need an account. It is sent through the repair form, and Google shows the confirmation after you send it. An account is still required to place an order. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can update your name, phone, and address on the account page.
