How this website handles your information
This page describes what the Electro Moderne website actually stores. It is not a substitute for advice about your legal rights.
Account
Admin sign-in uses email and password. Your password is handled by the authentication service and is not stored in the shop or repair tables. You can save a name, phone number, and address on the account page. Those details are reused to fill in repair requests and orders.
Repair requests and orders
The public repair form is a Google Form. Google receives what you type there, and this website does not store that submission. An order stores the same contact details, any note you add, and the products you requested. Prices are calculated on the server from the catalogue. This website does not collect card numbers or other payment details. Payment, tax, delivery, and installation are confirmed by phone.
What stays in your browser
The cart is saved in this browser under the key em-cart. The light or dark theme choice is saved as em-theme. Signing out clears the account session. Clearing site data in the browser removes the cart.
Who can see it
You can see your own profile, repairs, and orders after you sign in. Staff with an admin role can see account repair requests, orders, and catalogue entries so they can follow up. A request sent through the public repair form is received by Google, not in that dashboard. The public shop shows only active products.
